It encompasses agribusiness, value chains, rural enterprises, FPOs, food processing, natural resource management, climate resilience, digital agriculture, finance and market systems. Organisations working in these areas increasingly require reliable technical expertise, evidence-based analysis and practical implementation support to translate ideas and investments into measurable outcomes.

Sustra was founded to serve this need.
We work with Government Departments, PSUs, CSR foundations, NGOs and development organisations, financial institutions, FPOs and cooperatives, and private-sector agribusinesses to design, assess, implement and strengthen agriculture and allied-sector initiatives.
